A Special Thank You
I want to take this opportunity to thank all those Mi'kmaq people who have helped me over the years, as I journey on this Earth Walk. I especially want to thank the Elders who gave me some of their medicine knowledge and wisdom, back in the 1970s. I also want to give special thanks to the other people who helped me in the 1970s. They were not Elders at the time, but they still possessed a great deal of plant and tree medicine knowledge. Without all those people, I may not even be on this Medicine Path. In that case, I don't know how my life would have developed? I have tried to be a bridge over the years, taking the medicines to those people who want to hear about them, regardless of ethnic background or nationality. In the end, we are all children of Mother Earth. Good medicine always! Laurie |
